1. Porridge Kebab
Fixings
Yogurt hanged - 500 gm
Porridge - 300gm
Onions, slashed - 2 no
Green bean stew - 4 no
Curds - 75 gm
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Dark pepper - ½ tsp
Ginger, slashed - ½ tbsp
Red bean stew pieces - 1½ tsp
Besan - ½ cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - for searing
Technique:
• Lay muslin material over a bowl and empty the yogurt into it, get the edges of the fabric and tie a bunch and hang till it transforms into a messy combination.
• Grind curds and keep to the side. Cook coriander seeds and dark pepper and drudgery to a powder.
• Heat saffron strands in water to remove the variety.
• To make filling: Blend ground cheddar, coriander pepper powder, green chilies, onions, ginger, saffron water and salt.
• Take hung yogurt and porridge in a bowl, add red bean stew pieces and the coriander pepper powder, besan, paneer and corn flour and make into equivalent balls.
• Put the filling in each ball and shape into kebabs. Shallow fry in oil and serve hot
2. Porridge ki Tikki
Fixings
Porridge - 200 gm
Potato bubbled - 100 gm
Ginger cleaved - 15 gm
Bean stew green - 10 gm
Olive oil - 5 ml
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - 20 gm
Yellow bean stew powder - 5 gm
Dark cumin - 5 gm
Technique:
• Blend porridge in with bubbled potato. Add all fixings, salt to taste and make medium delicate mixture.
• Partition the pre-arranged mixture into eight to ten equivalent segments.
• Wet your hand with just enough water and level each piece, into a plate of a few inches width. Shallow fry in oil and serve hot
3. Porridge Halwa
Fixings
Porridge oats - 50 gm
Milk - 350 ml
Margarine - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Technique:
• Soften a dab of margarine in a dish, and add the oats
• Toast the oats until they start to go brilliant brown and fragrant
